Hello!! My name is Ariel and I'm the founder of www.diabetesrocks.com. I have made this website to show that kids and teens with diabetes don't have to feel like they're "outsiders". Since I have diabetes too I have at times felt like an "outsider". But in my household my mom has taught me that diabetes is what you make of it. And since she has had diabetes for 30 years with no problems or complications, I realized that diabetes is not the end of the world. But I also realized that not every kid feels the same way about diabetes like I do. So I have made this web site to show kids how diabetes can be fun. And that it is not the end of the world to have diabetes. I hope you like this web site.
